Emotional processes that promote organizations
"People who live creatively feel that life is worth living; people who are unable to live creatively doubt the value of life." (D.W. Winnicott)
Winnicott emphasizes in his words that all authentic action begins with creativity and listening to emotion. In the workshops for organizations that I conduct, the experience of acting and theater is a powerful tool for developing creativity, increasing group resilience, and for creating a meaningful emotional connection between participants.
The workshops combine therapeutic drama tools and experiential processes, allowing managers and teams to experiment with new ways of expression, learn communication and conflict resolution in an informal way, and increase the sense of value and meaning in daily work.
Here, play becomes not only a tool for liberation, but also a means of preventing organizational change: it encourages creativity, strengthens trust, and allows the entire organization to lead processes of renewal and renewal from a place of connection to the inner truth of its employees and the internal engine that promotes their actions and sense of meaning.
Let's create, through movement, voice, and imagination, an organizational space where we can see, be heard, and grow together.
Each workshop and process is tailored to the unique needs of each organization, drawing on deep experience and understanding of the emotional layers hidden in work processes. I would be happy to accompany you on your journey to creating a creative, cohesive, and attentive work culture.
