In my role, I established a growing school in a developing neighborhood. Today, I lead a school with 20 classrooms, a special education communication class, a dedicated and learning staff, and community ties based on trust and reciprocity with the school's parents.

As part of a family mission, I took part in the development of the Israeli school in New Delhi. In my work, I created a communal Israeli continuity for the Israeli community in the city. Together, we preserved Jewish tradition and enabled the mission children to engage in the Hebrew language and learn citizenship and heritage in their daily lives in a foreign land.

As part of the Educational Spaces program, I led processes for improving educational systems and developing unique schools in the cities of Tirat HaCarmel, Dalit El Carmel, and Kiryat Bialik.
As part of the role, I led municipal educational processes in collaboration between the authority, the Ministry of Education, city residents, and parent leaders.

As part of my work at the school, I developed social learning programs, created models for climate promotion, and established a theater major. During my work at the school, I served as a member of a leading team and together with my partners, we promoted the school to high and professional achievements.
In addition, I led emotional groups and group dynamics at the family therapy station in Haifa, Pisga Bialik, WIZO Zichron Yaakov, and at a private clinic in Zichron Yaakov.
